Here at YELO APLE we want you to be 100% happy with your orders! If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return defective merchandise or sick plants within 7 days for a full refund. See below for additional information regarding our return policy. (ONLINE ORDERS ONLY - ONLINE ORDERS ONLY - ONLINE ORDERS ONLY)

  • Returns must be postmarked within 7 days from the date your order shipped. If you make your return after the specified time period, you will be credited the item's current selling price.

  • Any returns received after 14 days of original purchase will be returned to sender.

  • Some exceptions apply to our standard return policy: Plants must be returned in same packing it was shipped in and socks must be unworn.

  • All Skin Care times are final sale.

  • All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We are unable to accept COD.

  • Returns will be processed back to your original form of payment. Please allow us approximately 14 business days to process returns; we will send you a confirmation email when your return is complete. Please note that depending on your credit card and/or bank company, it may take up to 7 business days for the credit to post to your account.

  • Can I amend or cancel my order? Yes, you can only amend or cancel your order on the 'cart' and 'checkout' pages before you submit your order processing. If you wish to amend or cancel your order after payment has been processed please contact us immediately.
