Duties

Showcase new arrivals, bestsellers, and exclusive offers to drive interest and sales during live sessions.
Maintain a professional and energetic on-camera presence while adhering to brand guidelines and messaging.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content themes, special events, and promotional campaigns for live streams.
Monitor chat interactions to ensure a positive environment, manage viewer engagement, and address any concerns promptly.

Experience
Previous experience as a host or host in food service or hospitality environments is highly desirable.
Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
Experience working in restaurants or guest services roles that involve engaging with diverse audiences.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus for understanding sales transactions.
