Duties
Host engaging live streams on TikTok, demonstrating plant care tips, product features, and styling ideas to inspire viewers.
Interact actively with viewers by answering questions, providing recommendations, and creating a lively atmosphere that encourages participation.
Showcase new arrivals, bestsellers, and exclusive offers to drive interest and sales during live sessions.
Maintain a professional and energetic on-camera presence while adhering to brand guidelines and messaging.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content themes, special events, and promotional campaigns for live streams.
Monitor chat interactions to ensure a positive environment, manage viewer engagement, and address any concerns promptly.
Keep accurate records of live stream performance metrics and customer inquiries for continuous improvement.
Experience
Previous experience as a Live host, social media or Live selling is highly desirable.
Strong customer service, with excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, maintain professionalism on camera, and create an inviting atmosphere for viewers.
