I’m looking for a reliable, organized, and adaptable personal assistant to help support both my personal life and creative businesses. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others, thrives in dynamic environments, and appreciates creativity, entrepreneurship, and meaningful work.

For the right person, this could become a long-term and rewarding opportunity with room for growth over time.

Schedule

Preferred schedule is approximately:

  • 3–5 days per week

  • 4–8 hours per day

Hours may vary depending on projects, events, and scheduling needs. Flexibility is appreciated.

About Me

I’m a creative entrepreneur and business owner with a lot of moving parts in my life. I’ve owned my own business since I was 19 and eventually transitioned into entrepreneurship full-time.

Some of my current passions and projects include:

  • Running Yelo Aple, a plant boutique and TikTok live selling plants.

  • Creating content and building community that I feel confident and comfortable in

  • Music and lyric writing

  • Event production and experience design

  • Investing and business growth

  • Travel, nature, and wellness

I’m highly creative and driven, but organization and consistency are areas where I need support. I’m looking for someone who can help bring structure, follow-through, and calm to a fast-moving environment.

What I’m Looking For

You do not need to be perfect at everything, but you should genuinely enjoy helping, creating order, and supporting someone with a busy entrepreneurial lifestyle.

Responsibilities

Tasks may include:

  • General organization and tidying

  • Packaging and shipping orders

  • Receiving, unpacking, tagging, and organizing inventory

  • Keeping supplies stocked

  • Running local errands

  • Assisting with event setup and breakdown

  • Packing and unpacking for events

  • Helping film content or take photos/videos

  • Managing notes, reminders, calendars, and task lists

  • Sending emails and basic administrative support

  • Light lifting and moving products when needed

Over time, depending on your skills and interests, the role could expand into:

  • Project management

  • Vendor and client communication

  • Basic bookkeeping or invoicing

  • Event production support

  • Creative assistance

Preferred Qualifications

Bonus points if you have:

  • Previous personal assistant or administrative experience

  • An interest in plants, wellness, creativity, or entrepreneurship

  • Strong organizational systems of your own

  • A good sense of humor and emotional intelligence

  • Comfort driving locally when needed

  • Experience with content creation or social media

A reliable vehicle is preferred, though one may occasionally be available for work-related tasks if needed.

This role requires flexibility, discretion, and strong communication. I move quickly, juggle many projects, and sometimes change direction fast. The best fit will be someone who can stay grounded, adaptable, and solution-oriented without taking things personally.
