Job Overview
We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Event Support Staff for our upcoming Plant Pop-Up events! If you have a passion for plants and enjoy working in a vibrant, fast-paced environment, this role is made for you.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring all materials and equipment are properly arranged and stored

  • Educating attendees on their plant questions

  • Welcome attendees, providing friendly guidance and information to enhance their experience

  • Support event logistics by managing registration areas, distributing materials, and coordinating with vendors or team members

  • Monitor event activities to ensure safety protocols are followed and address any issues promptly

  • Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the event area throughout the day

  • Collect feedback from participants to help improve future events and report observations to the event management team

  • Support the team with miscellaneous tasks as needed to ensure a lively, engaging atmosphere

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor

  • Ability to stand, walk, and move around actively for extended periods during events

  • Enthusiastic attitude with a proactive mindset and attention to detail

  • Previous experience in event support or customer service is a plus but not required

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or during peak event times as needed

As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring each event runs smoothly and provides an engaging experience for attendees. Your responsibilities will include setting up and breaking down event spaces, educating attendees about our plant offerings, managing registration areas, and monitoring event activities to ensure a safe and enjoyable atmosphere.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset. While previous experience in event support or customer service is a plus, it is not required.
